In 1997, Barry Searcy opened Beaver Truck Centre (it was then known as Volvo Manitoba Truck Centre) with offices, showroom, Parts & Service Departments, 12 service bays and a staff of 16. In 2002, an additional 16,000 square feet of warehouse space was constructed to house a large inventory of parts. In 2007, 10 more service bays were added to the Service Department to meet the demands of customers.
